Privacy policy
This covers the audimo.pl website. How patient data is processed inside the Audimo system is governed by a separate data processing agreement, signed with the client at onboarding.
Who is the data controller
The controller of data submitted through the form on this site is TODO Sp. z o.o., TODO ul. Przykładowa 1, 00-000 Miasto, tax ID TODO 000-000-00-00. For data enquiries: kontakt@audimo.pl.
What we collect and why
- Data from the contact form: full name, company name, email address, optionally a phone number, the topic and the message. We process it to answer your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).
- Technical data recorded by the server: IP address, request time and browser type. Used solely for security and diagnostics.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for 24 months from the last contact, or, if a contract is signed, for its duration plus the period required by tax law. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Who we share it with
Our website hosting provider and email provider, to the extent needed to deliver those services. We do not sell data and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies
This site uses a single session cookie, technically necessary to protect the form against abuse. We run no analytics, embed no advertising scripts and do not profile visitors. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent — there is nothing here to consent to.
Typefaces
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to a Google server. If that is a problem, the fonts can be self-hosted — get in touch.
