Why charge per location rather than a flat fee for the network?
Because our costs rise with the number of locations: more data, more users, more support tickets. A single flat fee would mean the largest networks get the worst service, because they would be the least worth serving. The per-location rate does fall at every tier, so a growing network pays less for each additional clinic.
How exactly do the tiers work?
Like income tax bands. The lower rate applies only to locations above the threshold, never retroactively to the whole network. A ten-clinic network pays the full rate for the first location, a lower one for locations two through five, and lower still for the rest. That way adding a location can never reduce your bill.
How many users are included?
Five accounts per location. A five-clinic network therefore has 25 accounts included. Additional ones cost PLN 35 per month each — you do not need to change plan because of two extra people.
How many SMS messages are included?
200 segments per month per location. Segments rather than "messages", because that is how the mobile operator bills: 160 characters make one segment, but a single Polish diacritic switches the encoding and cuts the segment to 70 characters. The panel shows usage as it happens and counts length before sending, so nothing surprises you on the invoice.
What happens when the SMS bundle runs out?
Nothing is sent at extra cost automatically. Overage starts only once you enable it, costs PLN 0.20 net per segment, and you can set your own monthly spending cap. As the bundle nears its end we hold marketing sends first, while appointment reminders and repair notifications continue to the last segment — a patient who does not turn up costs a clinic far more than an SMS.
Do messages go out under our own name?
Yes. We register your sender name, up to 11 characters, with the mobile operator on your behalf and at no cost. You can use different names for different purposes, for example one for reminders and another for repairs. Registration requires proof that you are entitled to the name, so it takes a few working days.
Do you integrate with Noah 4?
No. You import measurement data from XML files in the native NOAH format, which works and is enough for most clinics, but it is not the same as a direct connection to Noah 4. If you need that integration, let us discuss it separately: it is a substantial project and would affect the price, so we would rather not bundle it into everyone's subscription, including those who will never use it.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, 14 days with full functionality. No payment card, and no automatic rollover into a subscription — after 14 days you decide whether to stay.
Are we tied into an annual contract?
No. Billing is monthly by default and you can cancel at any point, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Paying a year up front is cheaper by two months but entirely optional — if you cancel, we refund the full months you have not used.
Why is there an onboarding fee?
Because onboarding is work, not a button: we set up your company and locations, import data from your previous system, configure roles, licensed audiologist rosters and stock, then train your team. For a single location this fits within the first month. For a network it scales with the number of clinics, because each one is set up separately: PLN 1,440 plus PLN 420 per location.
What happens when we open a new location?
You add it in the panel and pay the rate from the relevant tier from the next billing period. Nothing stops working and nothing is charged retroactively. Bringing a single location live inside an existing network is a one-off PLN 420.
Does leaving Audimo cost anything?
Exporting your company data from the panel is free at any network size — you run it yourself and do not need to ask us. Preparing a full handover for a large network in a format agreed with your new supplier, with attachments and documentation, is a separate matter: that is several days of work, so scope and cost are agreed individually. It does not block your exit either way, because the self-service export is always available.
What does support cover?
Phone and email, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 CET, with no ticket limit and no surcharge. First response within 4 working hours, or 2 for networks of 16 locations and up, with a named contact.
Is training included?
Yes, online training is included with every onboarding. Only on-site training is charged, if you would rather meet in person.
Why publish prices at all?
"Contact us for a quote" usually means "we will price this against what we think you can afford". We would rather you worked out the cost before talking to us. Where a figure genuinely cannot be given up front — onboarding a large network, and a full data handover for one — we say so plainly instead of pretending a rate exists.
